Lyon ,there is a lot of old villages. All are really interesting for sprint distance as there offer some castels, little stony streets... Its really exciting to run there, on this very tricky races!The program was to run 2 sprint on saturday afternoon, and then two others on sunday morning. With, after that, for the runners who was still hungry to run , an easy(? or kenian) jogg in the beginning of sunday afternoon, around ST MONTAN, the last sprint village we ran in.All the 4 sprints was organised in differents villages, that means a very good organisation to make…
