the forest for the first day. This is really a good way of knowing what to expect. I have done that "misfortunate" sunday training in the forest during this week. I had some small problems because I started very early in the morning and the temperature was around -5, so it took some time to get comfortable. Here are the maps: part1, part2. I wont plan anything for this weekend, but hopefully there will be some forest running and one long mountain run.
