Finito! Domani mattina si rientra in Italia dopo un faticoso, lungo e proficuo campo di allenamento sui terreni portoghesi. Alla fine ho corso 3 gare (middle, night-o sprint e long) e 11 allenamenti (di cui 2 in notturna) in 7 giorni: direi che ho sfruttato al meglio tutto il tempo…
