Questa nei dettagli la mia fatica durata circa 96: - Allenamento corridoio 5 Km 2936 - trasferimento 1,5 km 730 - Ripetute 4 x 1000/rec 500 m di corsetta 340 (rec 244) 332 (rec 245) 332 (rec 243) 333 (rec 246) - trasferimento 1,4 km 715 - Allenamento CO 3,5 Km 2641 In generale sono molto soddisfatto, qualche uscita dal corridoio iniziale (forse lo potevo tracciare un pò più largo...), molto bene le ripetute corse su sterrato con piccoli tratti sabbiosi e qualche sali-scendi, qualche errore di troppo nel percorso finale, nel…
