Zran?ní p?ibrzdilo trénink
Minulé úterý p?i tréninku v t?locvi?n? jsem se zranil. Nechci popisovat pr?b?h. D?sledkem jsou potrhaná svalová vlákna na levém chodidle. První den poté jsem nemohl ani chodit, dal?í dny se na?t?stí v?e zlep?ovalo. P?i?el na ?adu alternativní trénink, ?ádné b?hání, ale aspo? dr?et t?lo v kondici.U? týden nato bylo plánováno…

mapové soust?ed?ní reprezentace v Ma?arsku. Jet ?i nejet, v?e zále?elo na zdravotním stavu. Nakonec jsem se rozhodl jet. Zatejpovaná noha sná?í zát?? (klusání v lese) docela dob?e a vypadá to, ?e se snad brzo budu moci vrátit do normálního tréninku. Je to neustálý boj neusp?chat uzdravování, nep?ehnat to se zát??í a stále naslouchat zdravotnímu stavu. Nic p?íjemného ve sportu.Ukázka mapy ze soust?ed?ní u ma?arského Pécse.
