nella maggior parte dellarea bisogna essere aggressivi (è particolarmente diffuso il colore verde...) ma in realtà si riesce a correre più o meno bene nella maggior parte dellarea. Tracciatore dellallenamento di questa mattina lagguerritissimo svizzero-ucraino Gianluca Salvioni (che questoggi vestiva proprio la casacca gialla ucraina...) dellIKP di Prato, che ha saputo proporre un allenamento interessante e piacevole. Si iniziava con un allenamento sulla media distanza (4 km), dopodichè abbiamo affrontato altri 4,9 km suddivisi in 6 percorsi con lobiettivo di simulare una partenza in massa, utile per allenare le capacità orientistiche ad alta velocità.
