Barbate 3.-13.1. with the Finnish national team did succee and trainings went physically fine. But at the same time it remembered that its a time to start think about orienteering after a brains-off season and run with a map too. After coming back from Spain, I have continued o-training. Last week I did three good techniquetrainings in the forrest, two of them with a lamp in the head. I also run the clubs testrun the first time this winter. I think it was ok run in january in a stormy climate.Testrun in Paimio 19.1.Salon Seudun Sanomat
