End of season ?
No news from a while
but after 3 months of recovery and alternative trainings Im still suffering from my quadriceps injury. I could sometimes restart running for 10 days but the pain went back quickly. Everybody knows that 10 months is needed after such break to be in top shape.…

EOC and WOC are too close now and I still dont know when I will get the green light for training or running (never ?). As Im not a professional orienteer I decided to work again full time with my University (ULg Département de géomatique) during this long recovery time (I was in a very flexible 80% system). My hopes and dreams are very low right now : I just want to be able to run in forest one day !!! Im most of the time indoor to do alternative training like cycling, stretching and working strength.
