Serrão, a famous person in portuguese tv ran his first orienteering course! Then at saturday evening my club organized a super sprint trainning with 6 different courses, with SI control sistem, to train fast orienteering and to preview next route choices and controls.On sunday morning, I went to Santo tirso to run an up-hill and dow-hill trainning. I was surprised with such technical and stony terrain! Unfortunatly my trainning week end really bad...:down: I twisted my ankle on the last part of the course. I'm sad because I was trainning very well and my preparation for Portugal o'meeting was going…
