run almost all the time, so it wasnt too bad. First we spent some time in Estepa. I made some longer o-trainings there and we had also a small competition in El Chorro (the map can be found below). However, we spent most of the camp in Barbate. Running nice O-trainings with various themes. Ocad was used to make the trainings more challenging. My O-motivation was really good but unfortunately I got some kind of stomach flu and I couldnt do everything I wanted to. I missed at least one nice sprint training in Vejer.
