portuguese team to participate too.The main goal of this trainning camp was «to be 100m ahead from where we are» ,it means,to read, imagine the terrain and analise the map while travelling to the next control.I did nine trainning sessions , catching an overall of 157 controls. This was my favorite trainning during all trainning camp. Firstly we run this course as a usual orienteering course.well,a little bit different because there wasnt any tracks, green ou yellow areas and it was only possible to use the contours.
