X-Long trail training
Quello di ieri mattina è stato lallenamento più lungo che ho fatto in questo periodo: 2h25 corse buona parte fuoristrada in compagnia di Francesco Lari (CUS Bologna) ed alcuni atleti junior della Pol.Masi.Grazie alla bella sentieristica della zona è risultato un percorso filo orientistico, con i 900 metri di dislivello…

che si sono fatti sentire nel finale, soprattutto nei tratti più fangosi ed innevati.Il recupero da questo percorso XXL è stato migliore del previsto e già nellallenamento di oggi a San Pietro in Casale (BO) le gambe hanno risposto nella maniera sperata. Adesso non resta che augurarsi che le visite previste per questa settimana a Trento diano buoni esiti per poter proseguire la preparazione in vista della stagione agonistica che si avvicina.
