scrosci (con temperature non troppo elevate...). Lallenamento è andato bene, senza gravi errori, solo con alcune disattenzioni dovute a cali di concentrazione: 9,6 km + 640 m di dislivello per 85 di dura fatica. Infatti fisicamente non ero proprio performante: un pò fiacco, e tutto quel saliscendi si è fatto veramente sentire! Inoltre non mi sono ancora ripreso dal dolore al collo del piede destro: probabilmente si tratta di una ciste; ora vedrò se il problema persiste (a volte mi fa male anche camminare) ed eventualmente dovrò sistemarmi il prima possibile. Oggi comunque ho rispolverato la tuta del Centro Sportivo…
