% focus on orienteering in combination with 50 % focus on work. We both intend to go on with elite orienteering until WOC in Trondheim, at least. Now it seems like we have found a perfect solution. We change to IFK Lidingö!Lidingö is a club with many high level runners and strong traditions, especially in relays. In Södertälje Nykvarn Orientering I have learned that this is really important for the training atmosphere.
