a presentation of o-skills and of my personal training as well. Pasi had planned a technique training and an analysis of it. The presentation went okey, I guess, and hopefully someone got something out of it too. At least, I had to take a closer look at my o-training. The next day, we travelled home and visited the great national park of Isojärvi on the way. By the way, this national park had also its 25th anniversary this year.
