Still no running...

6 weeks without running and I’m still not allowed to wear my running shoes. I had to stop cycling and strength training for 2 weeks but now I’m on my bike again, cycling over the daily rain every morning. I try to readapt my quadriceps by doing also strength exercises…

Therefore I won’t participate to the first physical test run of the Belgian O Team (December 1). 5 times 2km on little path in Brussels forest surroundings is the target for the runners. I wonder who will be the best but Etienne Van Gasse (very good cross country runner) should be in the top (excepted if he’s injured too? ).
