Relaxing in Anttolanhovi

We took a little vacation in our favourite spot Anttolanhovi this week. As usually, we made one longer hiking and running training in the great o-terrains there and this time the place was Neitvuori where the NOC was held a couple of years ago. it was great to relax there…

and enjoy the delicious meals, besides its really good for the muscles to be do some watergames in the spa as well. W had time to make one harder training there as well in Saturday. It consisted of 30min running between treshholds. Now Imfull of energy, and ready to have good training sessions next week...and maybe some studying as well.
