The early pace felt easy even if I ran a 4’40” first mile in the lead pack and came through 5k at 15’13”. I ran the second half in 15’27” with a little harder breathing than the first and finished 10th in 30’40”in the Mountain Region right behind teammate Jonathan Cardenas.
