Early November is probably the best time to be injured for an orienteer. Therefore I choose this period to get an injury on the front of the thigh. No joke - I made a pause of training during two weeks after last event of dead season (Sprint Belgian champs). My…

goal was also to recover - during that recovery period - from a quadriceps pain I had since early September. This pain and little injury - at that time - didnt give me the possibilities to train as expected for the last month of 2007 season and the poor Belgian national champs (Sprint) results came probably from that.
