Change of season and training starts

I had no intention to start training yet, but as I was so eager to run, why not! My training calendar is filled for last season and the scales can be found on training page. I did my personal record in training amounts with approximately 600 hours of physical training.…

Maybe the rise in training amount was one reason for my success as well. Of those 600 hours over 100 hours were spent in the woods with a map. And during those 100 hours of orienteering I also run over 50 competitions. I think 50 competitions is too much for one season, especially because most of the competitions were important ones. I think that people in IOF should really consider reducing the number of Championships and World Cup events if they really want to develop our sports. If we keep on running as many competitions as the bosses tell us…
