Audun Bjerkreim Nilsen, Holger Hott and I were able to get a gap to the rest of the runners. After that we ran together and changed on being in the lead, but to the 3rd-last control Holger had a shorter forking than Audun and I, and was able to finish around one minute in front of us. Friday we had a Running-test, where we ran a marked loop 3 times. The loop was 2 km with 150 meters climbing, and it had been put out 14 controls, so we could see how fast we were in different types of terrain.…
