le due sessioni di ieri sono state nelle aree più rilevanti per la gara middle dei WOC2008.Sono tanti i cambi di ritmo e di tecnica per i diversi tipi di vegetazione e di fondo presenti: alcune cose sono andate bene, altre meno. Ci sarà di che allenarsi...Stamattina il nostro gruppo si dividerà: io ed Emiliano faremo ripetute veloci sprint, mentre Klaus e Michele andranno a provare un percorso long, dalle pendenze importanti.Carte: Lunedì (ricognizione) e Martedì (middle lento 60 e medio 50).
