lot of time in in Ukrainian terrain and felt well prepared for the race. However it wasnt to be my day. I managed to run over a track on the way to one without seeing it, ending up in the wrong block of forest and losing 2 mins. Not the start I had hoped for. I made another big mistake later on losing more time and by the end I felt too tired to run hard round the last easy loop. I finished =23 with Jenny, much lower than what I had hoped for and what I knew I could…
