Gli ultimi 40 giorni sono stati piuttosto tribolati: adesso i problemi articolari (ginocchio e caviglia) sono in via di miglioramento, mentre per la schiena comincerà Mercoledì a Ferrara un programma trimestrale di riabilitazione e prevenzione in vista dellinverno.Lobiettivo di questo periodo è ritrovare la continuità negli allenamenti con i giusti…

input agonistici incrementando gradualmente i carichi di lavoro per finire al meglio questa stagione ed iniziare bene il 2008, anno su cui ripongo tante aspettative.Dopo lorganizzazione della gara di domani a Comacchio sarà la volta del training camp a Valdobbiadene (TV) con i compagni della Forestale, per cominiciare a togliere un po di ruggine... :)Intanto in settimana ho ripetuto nuovamente il test con il K4 per lUniversità di Scienze Motorie di Bologna (nella foto): i dettagli nellarticolo dello scorso anno (link).
