3000m Cross-country…

Just came back from WOC and I participated to my club competition last Wednesday. This competition is held on every year in the end of August in memory to a team mate who died during a training long time ago. This competition is a cross-country race of 3000m on roads…

and paths in the park we train intervals every Wednesday. Particularity is the start interval between runners: 30 seconds. There are few tricky curves along the course and also some little climbs (75m) and that make the course not so fast. Still tired from WOC I finished 3rd in 9’15” (15” slower than my record on this track) with more than hundred participants from my club. The two first places on the podium were taken by the two best club runners. They both are able to run 8’10” right now in 3000m on track. The second has even a record…
