Team Manager Dave Rollins, Head Coach Dave Peel, Coach Heather Monro and Physio Liba Sheeran. Although they do have defined roles at each of the races - it's a case of mucking in and pulling together to get the less glamorous jobs done so the athletes can prepare well and recover quickly for the following days efforts. TM Dave's role in the morning is to get the post race food ready and make up any lunches the athletes require.
