attacking the control but was still satisfied with my route choice anyway. If I analyzed the splits I had a very good placing at the first radio control. I lost some precious minutes just before spectator area in my control number 15 & 16 (24 & 25 in the map below – forking system was used there). I definitively miss the top 20 in control 21 standing 15 meters too far on the slope and in the second last control where I was not so focus anymore. A lot of runners have been problems with the heat but some also…
