success. In sprint qualification, I missed only 30” maximum and was out of the final for 15”. Very hard to understand why I was unable to run fast. I felt slow all the way. Map Therefore I decided to run the long (not in my first schedule) and it went a little better physically. I did anyway two big mistakes in control number 2 and 16. Map Finally the middle distance (favourite distance) started very well (excepted 30” miss in first control) but from half run I began to do big mistakes because of physical tiredness.
