Tania Robinson (Counties Manukau) has comfortably qualified for the long distance final at the World Orienteering Championships in Ukraine. in her heat. Forne qualified in 12th place in his heat, just over 6 minutes behind Mark Lauenstein of Switzerland. Missing out was Ross Morrison, 20th in his heat, and Rob Jessop, 27th in his heat. The long final is to take place on Thursday the 23rd. The Middle Qualifications are being held on Monday the 20th.
