Only 2 days to go until I head back out to Ukraine for the assault on this years world champs. The last month Ive been trying to recover and rest alot as well as training hard. Ive fitted in lots of middle relevant sessions, including the french 5 day competition.…

The first 3 days were great orienteering presenting many different challenges. Unfortunately the weather wasnt so great so we did a lot of drinking coffee undercover... For the last 2 days the weather got better but the courses got worse! There was a lot of mindless running on paths and the courses were much easier. Still quite fun though even if I did think I might not finish day 5 from heat exhaustion. We managed to fit in some swimming in the Atlantic and of course sun = ice cream, yay!
