Höhentrainingslager Teil 1

Depuis jeudi dernier, nous sommes avec 5 autres membres du cadre national en camp d`altitude en Engadine à Muottas Muralg. Après 4 jours d`adaptation avec une charge d`entraînement réduite nous avons commencé une période dure de 5 jours qui durera jusqu`à vendredi. Voici les entraînements effectués durant ces premiers jours.…

Jeudi 12 Course à pied d`acclimatation à Muottas Muralg, 50` Vendredi 13 Force avec école de course, école de sauts, renforcement du tronc et force avec altères directement suivie de sauts Course à pied extensive dans Statzer Wald, 50` Samedi 14 CO dans Statzer Wald, 1h25 Dimanche 15 Course à peid régénérative Alp Languart - Piz Languart - Muottas Muralg. Nous avions prévu 1h30 nous avons couru pendant 2h15 Joué à Therapy l`après-midi (un jeu de psychologue qui fait rire) Lundi 16 Force avec école de course, école de sauts, renforcement du tronc et force avec altères directement suivie de…
