guidelines will be produced to assist orienteering event organisers and course planners at Sands of Forvie to minimize any damage to the vegetation based on the current research available and the results of the monitoring work. As well as the impact on the vegetation as a result of the monitoring, the guidelines will also take into account the other bird and mammal interests on the site as well as recreational interests based on current literature and advice.
