with our top three runners all in the top 50 plus Hector Haines in 51st. Joe Mercer ran with a cool head to lead the way in 36th, 14 minutes behind runaway winner Olav Lundanes from Norway, and was unlucky to fall out of the top 30 overall. Unfortunately there was also some bad luck for the team with Becca Roberts missing a control amongst the confusing loops on the map and Anne Edwards rolling her ankle towards the end of the course which will put her in doubt for the middle race.
