5 DAYS OF THE FORTRESSES: 3rd day.
Terza tappa conclusa: anche oggi gara molto impegnativa sul livello fisico e tecnico, con salite lunghe e molto ripide che toglievano lucidità per la ricerca delle lanterne in zona punto. Purtroppo per me ancora tanti errori in zona punto, errori che hanno fatto inevitabilmente alzare il mio tempo di gara…

facendomi concludere al settimo posto di tappa; analizzando le mie scelte di percorso ed i problemi riscontrati in zona punto, è evidente come la difficoltà per me dipenda dal fatto di non aver mai fatto gare questanno con la scala 1:15.000. Trovo parecchie difficoltà soprattutto in zona punto e nella lettura in corsa delle tratte: domani devo assolutamente darmi il tempo necessario per leggere bene la carta, fermandomi quando non riesco ad individuare tutti gli oggetti sul terreno. I distacchi cominciano a farsi più marcati, quindi dopo la tappa di domani (altri 18, 5 Km sforzo ) si avrà unidea chiara…
