After 3 weeks of injury (Achilles tendon) I restarted early in May (week of EOC) to train on running

this bad injury. We found the original problem and Im wearing new soles which will help me to avoid this injury in the future (at least I hope). After watching Tiomila (and SNO performances) on the Web I also followed EOC results and especially my team mates from SNO. Giro (cycling tour of Italy) was also in my home town during my first days back on running and in fact it was fun to see all stars from cycling finishing in my favourite sprint training area (Citadelle de Namur).
