(indicati dalle frecce nellimmagine): così ne ho approfittato per un allenamento tirato (3845) con buone sensazioni nelle ascese e poca brillantezza nella discesa e nel falsopiano a 2/3 di gara.Dopo luscita nel bosco che ho fatto oggi farò due giorni di allenamenti più tranquilli, in vista dell EcoTrial Marathon di Domenica: 25 km off road + 1.200 di dislivello al Corno alle Scale, appennino Tosco-Emiliano.
