Twodays to travel to Finland (World Cup stage 1 and Jukola), I felt back in very good physical shape since two years. Last three weeks I focused only in training and Ididnt participate to 3rdnational event in Belgium to train more. I worked quitewell my speed and I won also…

oneroad race competition with a lot of mud and big hills (32 for 9,5km). So Im probably able right now to reach my best time (3050) in flat 10km. Yesterday training went very well : 4*(1000m + 200m easy jog + 500m)//3 easy jog 300 + 126 257 + 126 255 + 125 252 + 124 My main goal now is to have fun in Finland. I feel ready and I have only to focus in my orienteering technique. Reach A final will be difficult since there are more runners from big countries. Well see...
