Croatian fun and almost a doctor...

Last week I handed in my PhD thesis (hurray!) after 2 weeks of hell which included 2 computer failures in 36 hours. Unfortunately I couldnt do too much running so now am feeling pretty unfit and totally exhausted but at least its now over and I can get back on…

track :) 20 minutes after handing in I was on a train to Luton to catch a flight to Zagreb. We ran two world ranking events in the Plitvice national parks area. Its an amazing place with really cool waterfalls. We had fun running, taking in the local sites and appreciating the local wine... The pics are up on my fotopic site. I felt awful in the sprint but ran ok apart from a miss on the first control. The long went better and apart from a 1 minute miss at number 3 I ran cleanly and won by 5…
