goede oriëntatie in dit type van wedstrijden van groot belang is om aan de kop te eindigen, en oriëntatie, dat is nu net onze specialiteit. Misschien voelen sommige oriënteurs onder ons zich nu geroepen om deel te nemen. Maar pas op, de Malheur Raid XL bestaat namelijk uit een 30-uren non-stop en self-supporting race (ongeveer 220 km) waarvan 30 km (oriëntatielopen), 130 km mountainbike, 30 km run&bike, 30 km kayak en special tasks zoals speleo, rotsklimmen en rivercrossing. Bezint dus voor dat ge begint...De editie van 2006 startte in Buggenhout en eindigde daar ook. Ondertussen werd er onder andere geörienteerd…
