Stockholm´s club Söders SOL Tyresö. And we ran their very favourite cap training (a kind of interval´s training with map in pairs). I already forgot how dificult Tyresö´s terrain is. The course looks quite easy, but reality is opposite. Very nice afternoon with Söders!:up: This weekend I am going to run my last Elitserien´s race middle distance near Leksand, it should be similar terrain of my first Oringen 99 in Dalarna And day after there is Siljanskavlen = 4-leg relay.
