SOK, forte club svedese di Jack Seidenari, Klaus Schgaguler ed Antonio Serini.Lobiettivo è quello di risvegliare i meccanismi di orientamento sui terreni scandinavi, soprattutto di notte, per cercare di fare una buona gara nel fine settimana. Mi aspetta la longa natta e si preannuncia come una delle gare più impegnative che io abbia mai fatto. Ieri sera dopo una buona prima parte dellallenamento ho avuto diversi problemi..una buona esperienza per la Tiomila!Stamattina è prevista una corsetta defaticante e nel pomeriggio un allenamento tecnico ad intervalli di ritmo, mentre domani ci trasferiremo a Strängnäs, dove in serata verremo raggiunti dagli altri…
