Sweden training camp: 4th day.
In questo martedi 24 aprile ho corso due allenamenti con carta ad un ritmo superiore rispetto a ieri: alla mattina mass start (non ad un ritmo elevatissimo) con Denny e Teno, mentre alla sera ho corso un allenamento in notturna da 10 Km organizzato dallIFK Lidingo. Per quel che riguarda…

lallenamento della mattina sono soddisfatto, qualche errore (che ci può stare) ma il ritmo in bosco è stato generalmente buono. Alla notturna, con partenza in massa e con molte varianti, hanno partecipato una dozzina di orientisti del Lidingo e io, Sero, Teno e Denny: dopo una partenza molto veloce si sono formati piccoli gruppetti, tra i quali è stata vera battaglia tra i colli e le paludi a nord di Stoccolma.
