least two women, one runner under 16, one runner above 40 and one above 50.Of course these criterias can be cumulated. For example, a good team should be 1 D16 + 1 D50 + 1 H40 + 3 elite runners. Its organised on the nice map of Poix Saint Hubert, made by professionnal French mappers (last used for Interland).You can find all the informations here : http://www.frso.be/course.php?id=115 Registration stay open this week.We expect that in the following years a national club championship will be born as a new big relay championship with similar rules as these.;
