right now I’m in Sweden to prepare and train in relevant terrain for Tiomila and probably they will comment my map in that way! But back to yesterday race where I ran probably my most accomplish race of the year / this season. I started quite fast (first three controls) to get into the right “tempo” but then I manage all the way my power to avoid any problems with the heat (+27°c) in the end of the 14km course (540m uphill in my watch).
