Sweden training camp: second day.
Questoggi grandi miglioramenti nella gara corsa ad Uppsala; la seconda uscita in bosco dal mio arrivo qui in Svezia è stata nettamente migliore rispetto alla gara di ieri: piu sicurezza in zona punto, meno problemi con la direzione e in generale penso di aver trovato (nella seconda parte di gara)…

un giusto ritmo che mi ha permesso di mantenere unattenta lettura della carta. Ho notato che fatico ad andare dritto, tendendo a sbandare molto nelle tratte piu lunghe: questo è quello che è successo ad esempio nella tratta 3-4. Al pomeriggio invece corsa defaticante nel bosco vicino casa con Jack sotto ad unincessante pioggierellina che continua tuttora. In generale comunque sono soddisfatto, già grossi miglioramenti rispetto a ieri: domani in previsione due uscite in bosco con Klaus e Jack, una delle quali in compagnia di un certo Michael Smola...
