orienteering. Two weeks to Tiomila I felt I need some fast and technical training. Therefore I moved to my parent’s place for the weekend (3 days with Friday off too) and then (in summer weather +-30°C) I had plenty of good session: Session 1: 25min warming up 10*400m //1min jogging rest – average between 66”/68” 25min cool down Session 2: 1h30 – hill training (good speed) Session 3: 1h30 with 3*3min in really full speed Session 4: Sprint Orienteering (lot of controls) in Nismes – total 40min New map (ISSOM 2007 – 1/4000) just made by Orest Kotylo for my…
