NCAA Regional qualifier time of 14’12”, but couldn’t finish up the race by myself after rabbiting team- & roommate Jonathan Cardenas stepped off the track at 3000m, almost on schedule. Leading the race over the next few laps, I didn’t have the needed kick on the last lap to win. Although short off my goal, I am still confident – I ran this race in a 160km-week.
