After Activity Rest. En het is nodig... Deze week zal er niet veel getraind worden. woensdag straftraining omdat ik op de nachtsprint heb doorgelopen :). vrijdag een duurloop en zondag naar Holland. Adriaan zal ook niet veel doen want hij sukkelt nog steeds met zijn blessure.Ondertussen heb ik de fotos…

en 2 (schrale) filmpjes op het internet gezet, je vind ze hier.Binnenkort zullen er ook ontzettend veel goede fotos op I-ol komen van de 3 dagen, dan kan je ze bestellen naar keuze.Het doet goed weer thuis te zijn, hoewel er voor school ook nog gewerkt moet worden, ookal is het vakantie...
