After work yesterday I spent 30 minutes on an exercise bike. I felt fine. But about 10 minutes later, I started feeling terrible - headache, stomach feeling strange, suddenly exhausted. I had a bit of soup and drank some water. I felt worse. I went to bed at 8 p.m.,…
