For the first time for a long time I was taking part in a sunny and pretty worm SpringCup competition weekend. My performance, especially on Saturday in the individual competition on Saturday, was not that shiny. After more than two weeks of limited training where I suffered from a cold…

(maybe even more than just a cold) my physical limit was quite low. Still it was interesting to compare to a big amount of good runners, even if some of the best were missing.
